Happy New Year!  I hope you survived the Holidays!  Gina and I stayed in town and had a quiet, uneventful Christmas . . . the kind we both enjoy!

Real Estate Update: 2009 will be a transition year for real estate, and a transition year for The Cox Connection. We are excited to announce that we (FrontGate-Pinnock Properties) have been awarded our

KELLER WILLIAMS® REALTY franchise! 

This is a huge achievement because KELLER WILLIAMS' franchises are not purchased, but earned. 

KELLER WILLIAMS is the fastest-growing franchise in the country with nearly 700 offices.  We are the largest real estate company in the Sandhills with over 50 brokers and we expect our growth to continue because:

So, 2009 has started with a bang . . . a new year and a new company!  Next month our letterhead will be KELLER WILLIAMS' "Red," there will be a new logo on our website, and our business cards will change, too . . . but our commitment to provide you with the best customer service in Real Estate remains the same.
