It's been almost a year since we merged with Keller Williams -- and we love it! Have I told you we are the No. 1 Real Estate Agency in Moore County? It has been a great move for me. Being the Broker-In-Charge responsible for 50 Real Estate agents makes my day(s) fly by.
Because of the success and growth of Keller Williams Realty, I am having to restructure how I spend my time. I will ALWAYS be involved in real estate, but you may be hearing from two of my colleagues, Peggy Floyd and Shannon Stites, in addition to myself. Peggy and Shannon are strong Realtors who stay in touch with their clients the same way that I stay in touch with you, and we have similar philosophies when it comes to marketing and customer service.
Here's what will remain the same: (1) If I have your email address, you will hear from me monthly; (2) I will be marketing my existing listings until they are sold; and (3) My website will remain up-to-date with its search engines and area information.
Here is what will be changing: (1) My monthly newsletter (via US Mail) will now become a quarterly newsletter (so please send me your email address); (2) Over time, Peggy Floyd and Shannon Stites will be communicating with you on a more regular (monthly) basis; and (3) I will be referring all future listings to Peggy Floyd and/or Shannon Stites.
I will continue to be the Broker-In-Charge at Keller-Williams, and will keep my hand in by occasionally working with buyers. (Selfishly speaking, I also look forward to a little more time on the golf course and spending more time in the mountains with Gina and our dogs!)
Last but not least Angie McKew -- the best Buyer's Agent in town -- will continue to take listings but may also team with another Keller Williams agent. More on that next month!
In the meantime, enjoy this beautiful month and its celebrations: the "Run for the Roses" on May 2nd, Mother's Day on May 10th (see the attached Mother's Day quotes), and Memorial Day on May 25th.
I'll be in touch soon!
Sincerely,

John Cox
